Return Window
We offer a 7-day return policy on eligible items.
You must request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Once approved, you’ll have 7 additional days to ship the item(s) back to us.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be:
Unworn and unwashed
In its original condition and packaging
With all original tags and labels attached
Brisa reserves the right to deny refunds for items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
No Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item or size, please return your item and place a new order.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method with delivery confirmation.
We are not responsible for lost or unconfirmed returns.

Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged:
Contact us at brisathelabel@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.
Include clear photos showing the damage.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and reported within the 24-hour window.
After 24 hours, Brisa cannot be held responsible for damage claims.
If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible at brisathelabel@gmail.com.
We’ll do our best to help, but once your order has been processed and a confirmation email has been sent, we may not be able to make any changes.
