At this time, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for any purchases made on or after April 3. All sales are final.
We kindly ask that you check your order when it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or not what you expected, please reach out to us right away, we’ll make it right!

Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged:
Contact us at brisathelabel@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.
Include clear photos showing the damage.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and reported within the 24-hour window.
After 24 hours, Brisa cannot be held responsible for damage claims.
If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible at brisathelabel@gmail.com.
We’ll do our best to help, but once your order has been processed and a confirmation email has been sent, we may not be able to make any changes.
