Return Window We offer a 7-day return policy on eligible items. • You must request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. • Once approved, you’ll have 7 additional days to ship the item(s) back to us. Return Conditions To be eligible for a refund, your item must be: • Unworn and unwashed • With all original tags and labels attached Brisa reserves the right to deny refunds for items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage. Refunds • Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive a confirmation email. • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank. • Shipping costs are non-refundable. No Exchanges We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item or size, please return your item and place a new order. Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged: • Contact us at brisathelabel@gmail.com (brisathelabel@gmail.com)within 24 hours of delivery. • Include clear photos showing the damage. • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and reported within the 24-hour window. After 24 hours, Brisa cannot be held responsible for damage claims.
